Creating a diverse workforce is essential to competing in today’s fast-moving and global world. A diverse workforce is challenging to cultivate, and STEM-focused candidates are even harder to find.

NSBE Denver Professionals would like to assist our corporate community with filling job opportunities as they become available. Talent sourcing is a new initiative the Denver professionals implemented to connect our members in the field of Engineering, Construction, Project Management, and Analyst with premier job opportunities.

What do I get?

For a donation of $500, you can post up to four job openings on all NSBE Denver Professionals Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin), your job postings will also be featured on our monthly newsletters, and job openings will be posted to all our community members in our Groupme chat. Your job postings will also be placed on our job board in the NSBE DPC secured members' area on our website with a direct link to the positions.

Denver Professionals Chapter Talent Pool

The Denver Professionals Chapter Talent Pool is usually a privilege reserved for corporate partners. However, for an additional donation of $250, you can receive the profile of two candidates fitting the job requirements.

Please note, that the NSBE Denver Professionals Chapter is a 501 C3 non-profit organization. All funds collected will go towards the fulfillment of the NSBE mission:

"To increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community."
